Slide orange bar to see the before and after transformation!
This home built in the early 1990’s had a dividing wall between the family room and kitchen. With their kids off to college, they decided it was time to enjoy an open layout for their new lifestyle. This design created room for a larger cook space with grand stainless steel appliances and the backsplash of real brick was added to the wall creating this striking New Orleans Style.
A whole new design for the kitchen included a window moved to the left to make room for a gas cooktop. A shortened arch top window to make room for additional countertop. The sink was relocated to the island, new stainless steel appliances and a built in microwave drawer were installed.
