A young couple had a utility room they wanted turned into a pool house to accompany their new pool. With their washer and dryer relocated to their main house, the old utility room became space without a purpose. Adding a pass through for entertaining purposes, a kitchenette and full bathroom transformed this room into a delightfully charming space.
A pass through wet bar area added for easy entertaining. A full bathroom was installed by taking advantage of the previous existing plumbing . It’s always a goal with any outdoor additions to match materials, paint and finish to create a consistent look with existing structures.
