Experience: I’ve been in construction for over 25 years, from hands on to management and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the journey.
What do you like about your job: I like seeing how our work improves our clients perspective on how the new space functions and the enjoyment they get from it.

What do you like about your job: Working with our clients and trade contractors to create the desired vision and living environment for our clients and making their dreams come true.
Interest outside of work: Influencing and spending time with my grandchildren. Enjoying the outdoors like hunting, fishing, camping, motor cycling, mountain biking, snow skiing & snowboarding.

Emily Ryba

Architectural Designer

Experience: I graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a degree in Building Science and a concentration in Architectural Technology and Design, I have been in residential remodeling ever since.
What do you like about your job: Remodeling is like a puzzle to me, from building code restrictions to keeping with the home’s character the most functional design for the homeowner, I love fitting the right pieces together to help a space or home reach its potential. I love leaving a house and lives better than they were before.
Interest outside of work: Mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking and traveling

Pets: I used to have an Iguana named Virgil, after Wyatt Earp’s brother in Tombstone
